I am going to start the hcg diet again and this time I hope to be accountable. I have started and failed a number of times in the last month, I just didn't last a day. There were days when I almost made it through the day but then pigged out when I got home or ate the wrong thing after work.
I always tend to lose the first 5lbs easily then the cheating affects my metabolism as against the prescribed requirement for the Dr. Simeon's hcg diet.
So, by Monday 14th of May would be my D1 after loading. Currently, my weight fluctuates between 195lbs and 198lbs. my goal is a minimum loss of 20lbs, it would be a miracle if I could achieve 30lbs. But it's not impossible, I guess...
